How long can I wear my waist shaper?

We highly suggest that you do not wear a waist shaper longer than 8 hours a day because of the high level of compression.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately due to sanitary and hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

How do I know my measurements?

For your waist measurement, please take a tape measure and place it around your waist, just over your belly button. The tape should not be too tight or too loose, secure it firmly and check the number determined by the tape. That will be your waist measurement.

Workout Essentials are fit true to t-shirt size. If you find that you carry more weight in your midsection, we suggest that you purchase one size up.

How long until I receive my order?

Merchandise will be processed within 24-72 hours from the order time and will take 3-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the Canada. Standard International shipping will take 5-20 business days depending on area of residents.

When should I order a smaller size?

When your Waist Trainer no longer feel like its compressing you on the last latch and begins to slide and move around it is no longer effective and its time to size down.
